The Tonka Protocol is an Ordinal Platform that allows you to deposit multiple BRC20 tokens to borrow other assets. In the Tonka Protocol, users can take on the roles of Depositers, Borrowers, and Liquidators.
After bridging the BRC20 tokens into Ethereum, which enables us to leverage the power of smart contracts, users can lend their BRC20 tokens to earn income in the form of interest (paid by third-party borrowers), or use their assets as collateral for borrowing. Borrowed assets can be used for other applications on Ethereum, or bridged back to the Bitcoin Network. Based on a peer-to-pool model, the protocol allows users to maximize their assets, while also allowing fractional lending.
